A working forum for trying ideas, fast. Anyone in Product or R&D can submit. Selected ideas get paired up, built, demoed, decided.
Always-on intake. Quarterly cohort. Up to five ideas in flight at any time. A clean Kanban model so your idea has a known path and a known place in the queue.
Anytime, into ProductBoard. The one-pager template makes it quick. Half an hour to fill in. If you can't sketch it in that time, the idea isn't ready yet.
Each quarter, the Head of Product and Head of Development pick the next three to five ideas to run. Yours might be next, or queued for later. No idea gets rejected, ideas wait their turn.
Selected ideas get a doer pair who actually build it (could be you, plus a developer) and a coach pair who back you up (a PM and a Dev Lead). Coaches don't take over. They support, gate quality, remove blockers.
AI-DLC tools where they fit the work. Weekly forum demos, ten minutes per pair. Demo over deck, every time. Honest feedback in the room, no patronising encouragement.
Passes the test, it leaves the Hub and enters formal sprint planning as proper MVP work, with the coach PM picking it up. Doesn't pass, kill it. No ceremony, no failure stigma. Done, done, on to the next.
Real ownership of a real PoC. Not a side project, not unpaid extra. Counted, valued, supported.
Time to think and build properly, with senior people coaching you, not directing you.
Hands-on with AI-DLC tools where they fit, on greenfield work where they actually shine.
Demo your work to the wider business at lunch-and-learn sessions once you've got something to show.
Fast, honest, fun. Polite encouragement is the opposite of helpful, so we don't do it. Failing early is a positive act, not a failure.
Done, done, on to the next.
Submit straight into ProductBoard below. Light or fully formed, doesn't matter. We'll triage it and either pull it into the next quarter or hold it for the one after.
